Paramount Care’s main focus is providing private duty and skilled nursing care in our medical home setting as well as our client’s home. Our medical homes are beautiful and comfortable, meant to feel just like home. We aim to build a close and strong rapport with our clients because we know that their trust in us is the first step to an optimized health. We cover the metro area and beyond.
